The Scale-Up Health annual conference brings together global leaders, visionaries and change makers from across the healthcare and life sciences industries. We launched Scale-Up Health with our inaugural annual conference on 8th September 2022. The theme was ‘The New Frontier: Version 2.0 for India Life Sciences & Healthcare’. Rising to the challenge posed by the pandemic, India’s healthcare and life sciences sectors grew rapidly over the last two years. New businesses were created, existing businesses scaled, and new opportunities emerged. But how does healthcare and life sciences in India evolve to tackle the next set of challenges? We had five insightful sessions with 11 global experts all coming together for one thought provoking event.

Last year we hosted our first in-person conference in Mumbai. The theme was Bridging the gap: Building Healthcare for India & the World. The dichotomy that is India’s patient profile, the opportunities available in the healthcare sector, bridging the gap between the supply constraint and a rapidly growing demand, what does it take to build a self-sustaining bio-tech ecosystem in India? All of this and more was discussed in the four panels held through the afternoon, led by 15 global experts. The day also had our knowledge partners -McKinsey & Company present the Scale-Up Health Report titled: Healthcare In India – Opportunities in the Next Techade.
